Solar Light

So I was considering using the USB pi timer with a solar light and USB battery back. Essentially I was thinking of hooking the timer to the power bank that is charged with a solar panel and wanted to attach he light to the other send of the timer to have it turned on for 4 hrs every day. Would this timer allow to do this.

Yes, although it was commissioned to switch the Pi on and off at various times in the day, it can be used to control the power of any 5V USB device.
